Reassembly complete

 

Rebuilt Transmission all set to go back in

Driveshaft reinstalled.

Filled the Tranny & Rear-end.  Jacked up the rear and ran it for 10 mins @ idle to mix the gear oil and additive.

Test drive complete!

Rear back together, Flywheel & clutch removed...

Cleaned out the rear-end housing and removed the old RTV

The new one on the left...

Torque'd to spec.

Clean-up of some x-long center console screws

New seals in the rear axles...back in place.

Bellhousing coming off...

Removed the clutch & flywheel (getting new ones)

Dropping the Ford 9 inch...

Pulling the transmission...
